About our staff

The current manager of Bournbrook Manor has been working in care since 2002 and along with the rest of our staff has the training and experience to look after our residents. We take our jobs very seriously but we like to think we can relate to our residents on a personal level too. Our staff are so committed to their jobs they have been known to come in to work on their days off and even take residents to the pub.


Our staff have a range of qualifications and training in courses such as:

  • Moving and handling
  • Infection control
  • Pallative care
  • Deprivation of liberty (DOL)
  • Mental capacity
